Fiery Meat Eater’s Delight
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
- 1/2 cup red wine
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon dried marjoram
- 1/8 teaspoon dried thyme
- 4 steaks (1 pound each)
Instructions
- Combine oil, lime juice, and Tabasco pepper sauce in a shallow, non-aluminum dish. Stir in wine, dry mustard, salt, and herbs.
- Let steaks stand in marinade for five hours, turning once.
