Easy Beef Tips

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds lean chuck roast cut into 1
  • 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
  • 1 can Cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup 7-Up or similar
  • 1 cup Mushrooms sliced

Instructions

  1. Place meat in crockpot. Do not season. Pour mushroom soup over meat and sprinkle onion soup mix on top. Add 7-Up and mushrooms and stir. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours.
  2. Serve over noodles or rice. Freeze cooled beef tips in large freezer bag. Thaw and reheat.
