Breaded Beef Sticks

Ingredients

• 2 tablespoons Butter
• 1 Egg
• 1 teaspoon Water
• 1 1/3 cups Bread crumbs
• 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese Shreaded
• 1/2 teaspoon Salt
• 1/4 teaspoon Onion salt
• 2 tablespoons Flour f
• Round Steak Cut in Strips

Instructions

1. Heat oven to 400, melt butter in 9x13 baking dish. Mix egg and water. Mix bread crumbs, cheese, salt, and onion salt. Dip strips into flour then egg then crumbs. Bake uncovered for 10-15 minutes. Turn and bake for 10-15 minutes longer.
