Beef or Pork Soup

Ingredients

  • 28-32 ounces Tomato sauce
  • Water add till pot 2/3 full
  • 3-4 pounds Meat Beef chuck roast with bone or western sty;e pork ribs with bone. Add pork neck bones or beef soup bones.
  • 1-2 Onions without the outer layer
  • 1/2 staulk Celery cut into 1/4-1/2“
  • sprinkle Pepper
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Salt or Vegeta
  • whole Baby Carrots
  • chopped Sweet pepper
  • 1-1 1/2 bags Frozen mixed vegetables
  • Noodles

Instructions

  1. Use a 12 quart pot.
  2. Remove excess fat & bones & add to soup. Cut meat in 1“ or bite size pieces. Add onion, celery, S&S. Bring to a boil and simmer for 1 hour. Skim the fat off the top & remove pieces of fat or bones.
  3. Add carrots, peppers and simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Add mixed vegetables and bring to a boil.
  5. Add noodles and bring to a boil then turn off flame and cover with lid. Let soup sit for 30 minutes.
  6. Can also use meat for stew or soup.
