Beef And Noodles Recipe
Ingredients
- About a lb of beef tips or sirloin cut into strips.
- 1/2 Yellow Onion chopped
- 1 Clove Minced Garlic
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 1/2 Cup of Water
- 1/4 cup of Au Jus
- 1/2 Cup Red Wine
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp fresh cracked black pepper (or to taste, I like it a little spicer)
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
- 2 tsp Thyme
- 2 Tbsp Cornstartch
- 1 Package Egg Noodles
Instructions
- In a medium skillet heat olive oil and garlic. Then brown meat and onions.
- In seperate sauce pan cobine the rest of the ingredents (except cornstart) and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and stir in cornstarch, continue stiring until mixture thckens.
- In a casarole dish pour liquid over meat and onion mixture. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 90 miutes.
- Afer beaf and onions have baked for 90 minutes bring egg noodles to a boil in sauce pan, strain and stir into meat mixture and bake covered for an additional 30 minutes.
- Serve over mashed potatoes.
