Beef and Pasta Dinner

Ingredients

  • 500 grams ground beef
  • 2 cups Mushrooms sliced
  • 1 cup Onion chopped
  • 1 cup green pepper chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic crushed
  • 3 tablespoon Flour
  • 2 tablespoon taco season mix
  • 1 1/5 cups milk
  • 1 796-gram can tomatoes (undrained)
  • 3/4 cup elbow macaroni
  • 1 Salt
  • 1 Pepper

Instructions

  1. Crumble beef into 4 quart casserole, adding mushrooms, onion, green pepper and garlic.
  2. HIGH: 5 to 7 minutes, covered, or until done. Stir 3 times. Drain off fat.
  3. Blend flour and taco seasoning into meat mixture. Stir in milk.
  4. HIGH: 6 to 8 minutes, uncovered, or until boils & thickens. Stir 2 times.
  5. Add tomatoes and juice. Stir in macaroni.
  6. 50%: 18 to 20 minutes, covered, or until cooked. Stir 3 times.
  7. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
