Beef and Pasta Dinner
Ingredients
- 500 grams ground beef
- 2 cups Mushrooms sliced
- 1 cup Onion chopped
- 1 cup green pepper chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic crushed
- 3 tablespoon Flour
- 2 tablespoon taco season mix
- 1 1/5 cups milk
- 1 796-gram can tomatoes (undrained)
- 3/4 cup elbow macaroni
- 1 Salt
- 1 Pepper
Instructions
- Crumble beef into 4 quart casserole, adding mushrooms, onion, green pepper and garlic.
- HIGH: 5 to 7 minutes, covered, or until done. Stir 3 times. Drain off fat.
- Blend flour and taco seasoning into meat mixture. Stir in milk.
- HIGH: 6 to 8 minutes, uncovered, or until boils & thickens. Stir 2 times.
- Add tomatoes and juice. Stir in macaroni.
- 50%: 18 to 20 minutes, covered, or until cooked. Stir 3 times.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
