Beef Tips On Rice Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. beef stew meat
  • 2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp. melted butter
  • 1 med. onion, chopped
  • 1 can Campbell’s cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 tbsp. catsup
  • 1 jar sliced mushrooms

Instructions

  1. Partially freeze beef. Slice diagonally across grain into 1/4 inch strips.
  2. Saute beef and onions in butter until beef is brown.
  3. Add flour and cook for 1 minute stirring constantly.
  4. Add soup, water, catsup, worcestershire sauce and mushrooms. Stir until well blended.
  5. Cover and cook over low heat for 30 minutes or until tender.
  6. Serve over rice.
