Beef Tips On Rice Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 lb. beef stew meat
- 2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1 cup water
- 1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp. melted butter
- 1 med. onion, chopped
- 1 can Campbell’s cream of mushroom soup
- 1 tbsp. catsup
- 1 jar sliced mushrooms
Instructions
- Partially freeze beef. Slice diagonally across grain into 1/4 inch strips.
- Saute beef and onions in butter until beef is brown.
- Add flour and cook for 1 minute stirring constantly.
- Add soup, water, catsup, worcestershire sauce and mushrooms. Stir until well blended.
- Cover and cook over low heat for 30 minutes or until tender.
- Serve over rice.
