Beef Bites with Creamy Horseradish Sauce

Ingredients

• 1 cup Sour cream Breakstones o Knudsen
• 1/4 cup prepared horseradish Kraft
• 1 French bread loaf (18“) cut ino 24 slices,toasted
• 1 Lb roast beef thinly sliced 2“ wide strips
• 1/4 cup green onion slices

Instructions

1. Mix sour cream and horseradish. Spread each toast slice with 1 tsp of the sour cream mixture; top with 1 or 2 beef strips. Top evenly with the sour cream mixture; sprinkle with onions.
