Beef Tenderloin Steak Salad Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 oz house greens
- 2 oz mesculin greens
- 2 floz balsamic vinaigrette
- 1 oz carrots (shredded)
- 1 oz red cabbage (shredded)
- 2 oz blue cheese (crumbled)
- 3 slices vine ripe tomatoes
- 3 slices seedless cucumber (bias cut)
- 3 each beef tenderloin medallions
- 1 tsp Seasoning salt(Jane’s crazy mixed up salt is good
- 1 tbsp Balsamic vinaigrette (drizzle on tomatoes, cucumber, meat)
Instructions
- •Season medallions and grill to desired temp
- •Toss both greens with the carrots and cabbage in the balsamic vinaigrette
- •Arrange the plate:
- Tomatoes at 3 o’clock
- Cucumbers at 12-3 o’clock
- Salad in center of the plate
- Medallions at 8-10 o’clock
- Drizzle house vinaigrette around
