Beef Stir-Fry
Ingredients
- 1 pound Boneless beef top sirloin thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- 1/4 teaspoon Sesame Oil
- 1/2 bag Frozen stir-fry veggie mix
- 1/2 cup Soy sauce
- 1/4 cup Vinegar
- 1/4 cup Orange juice
- 1/4 teaspoon Ginger
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
- 2 teaspoons Five spices powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Water
- 1 tablespoon Corn starch
Instructions
- Heat oils in a wok over high heat. Cook beef slices in hot oil about 1 minute on each side and set aside. Add frozen stir-fry veggie mix and cook until soft.
- Meanwhile, stir together soy sauce, vinegar, OJ, ginger, garlic powder, onion powder, five spice powder, and black pepper. In a separate bowl, combine water and corn starch.
- Add soy sauce mixture and beef to the wok. Bring to a boil and add the water and corn starch, making sure they are well mixed. Boil for another minute until sauce thickens. Serve with rice.
